"After growing up and working at restaurants in Missouri, in 2012 I moved to Boston to pursue my culinary dreams and stage at various restaurants around the city. I worked my way up to sous chef at a massive corporate kitchen, and around that time also met Rachel. She had been working in the hospitality industry in Charleston, South Carolina and Norfolk, Virginia for the last decade. 


So when Covid hit, we purchased a hotdog cart and repurposed it into a taco-slinging machine! No Coast Kitchen traveled all around Massachusetts and then later relocated to Connecticut, selling tacos at breweries, farmers markets, and other events. We began developing ties here in the Ellington community, and by 2024 we had signed the lease to our dream, this brick and mortar location! 


After almost a year of renovating while simultaneously running the mobile business, No Coast Taqueria finally opened its doors on February 4, 2025! We may be just getting started, but promise to always bring you fresh, fun flavors in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere! Thank you so much for being here!"
